At FOX Rehabilitation, you get a head start at starting out. Through the FOX Emerging Professionals Program, clinicians with fewer than six months’ experience are assigned a dedicated mentor to help you become a successful, well-rounded professional. This program takes the uncertainty out of your new job and gives you the opportunity to become extraordinary in a practice built on patient-centered, evidence-based care and lifelong learning.
FOX understands the challenges of starting a new position in a new work environment. For seasoned clinicians joining the practice, we’ve created a unique program to support your transition to house calls. To guide you to success at FOX, you’ll be partnered with a sponsor who knows the “ins and outs” of geriatric care in the home and will help you get up to speed quickly—so you can focus on bringing your skills to those who need them most.
FOX pioneered Geriatric House Calls™, and nobody else has our depth of experience! Within the FOX Clinical Corner, colleagues are able to ask questions and take unlimited CEUs. You can also connect with the clinical community—your colleagues—to share ideas, celebrate wins and have clinical discussions. Last, but certainly not least, ongoing clinical and leadership trainings earn you points toward our Professional Academic Clinical Excellence (PACE) program, so you are always learning and earning at FOX!

FOX is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our clinicians. Live Well With FOX offers quarterly wellness workshops for all colleagues and a 12-week small group program for clinicians focused on personalized health, wellness, and work-life balance goals. FOX developed PACE—the Professional, Academic, and Clinical Excellence program—to recognize and appreciate all the ways our clinicians go above and beyond for their craft, cause, and community. Earn “PACE Points” for your activities, and be rewarded with cash or extra time off! PACE is just one more way FOX supports your drive for professional growth and clinical excellence.
As part of FOX’s dedication to clinical excellence, we offer our annual FOX Board Certified Specialist Program, led by experienced clinical specialists to help you prepare for the Geriatric Clinical Specialty exam. In 2020, with more than 140 GCS clinicians treating with FOX, we comprised 10% of all newly board-certified GCS clinicians in the Nation.
With AOTA now offering a similar exam-
based advanced certification, we’re excited to announce a similar study group to maximize success for our occupational therapists who aspire to attain their Board Certification in Gerontology (BCG)—available for the first group of test candidates in 2023.
Our SLP colleagues who have a drive to excel in brain injury care can take part in the Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) certification. We assist and offer support as they work through the course and subsequent examination.
