Earn extra money if a clinician you refer is hired as an employee with regular FT or PT status in 2024. There’s no limit to how many, and you’ll be rewarded as follows:
- $1,250 for PTs, OTs, & SLPs contracted at 120+ units
- $1,250 for Business Operations full-time hires, including Account Managers
- $750 for PTs, OTs, & SLPs contracted at 90-119 units
- $500 for Tier 3 FOX Flex hires who maintain a productivity of 75+ units over a 6-month period
- $250 for all other full-time clinical hires (EP, PTA, COTA)
