Base Compensation We have 3 different clinical compensation models: (1) The CQ Model is an exempt salaried position and compensation is designed based on the number of billable hours (units) you choose to work. (2) The Hourly Model is a non-exempt position and paid for all hours worked. (3) The PRN Per Unit Model is paid per unit for treatment units completed and admin time. All three compensation models are designed based on your discipline, region, and experience. FOX continually monitors the market to ensure that we offer you a competitive compensation plan.

PTO/Banked Clinical Units FOX encourages our employees to take time away from work to refresh and renew. FOX offers a PTO plan and six paid floating holidays to all eligible employees to use as you wish. Units worked above your quota can either be paid out or used as additional PTO.

Individuals working at least 22.5 hours per week are eligible for FOX benefit plans. PRN/FOX Flex are not eligible.
