Our Story What began in 1998 as a simple practice offering House Calls for older adults on Medicare Part B has grown into a multi-state network of autonomous clinicians who provide therapy that’s proactive, evidence-based, and focused solely on older adults.
Our Mission

TO REHABILITATE LIVES BY BELIEVING IN THE STRENGTH OF PEOPLE.

TO BELIEVE IN OUR PEOPLE—ALLOWING THEM THE AUTONOMY TO
FACILITATE AND PROVIDE CLINICALLY EXCELLENT CARE TO OUR
COMMUNITY WITH COMPASSION AND RESPECT.

TO BELIEVE IN OUR PATIENTS AND THEIR ABILITY TO ACHIEVE WHAT
THEY ONCE THOUGHT IMPOSSIBLE—OPTIMAL FUNCTION TO
REHABILITATE THEIR LIVES.

What We Believe
Eradication of Ageism At FOX, we challenge the cultural expectation that older adults have diminished abilities. Ageism discriminates against the elderly, treating them as less capable or unworthy. We believe all people are strong and that optimal aging should be the norm. Our mission is to empower clinicians to provide excellent care, helping patients achieve what they once thought impossible.
Exchange of Abundance At FOX, we strive to give more than what is expected in every interaction. Whether it’s communication, goods, or services, we aim for an "Exchange of Abundance" where people leave feeling happy and well. This approach is rare in healthcare, but at FOX, it’s a standard part of our work.
A Culture of Respect The culture at FOX is about people—our clinicians, patients, support staff, and partners. We work together to restore lives, driven by advocacy, professional growth, and education. When people are given the respect and tools they need to succeed, they will never cease to amaze you.
