Josh Bills

Josh’s career began in 2013 as a Business Development Rep for an aftermarket floor machine parts company. After helping develop the Business Development department he moved into Government Contracting. As an Account Executive he oversaw the reporting, proposal writing/biding and recruiting for all new contracts, totaling $3.5 million in new business. These experiences instilled a passion for building things from the ground up, whether it is departments, new business or people.

Josh joined FOX in 2017, as a Recruitment Coordinator, where he learned about FOX’s recruitment process, and the importance of data & reporting. Recognizing the opportunity to help build a new department, Josh joined the University Relations Team in 2018. Today Josh oversees the development and training of new and current UR team members.

Josh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rutgers – Camden University. When not traveling all over the country spreading the FOX Brand to Newly Graduated Professionals, Josh can be found golfing or kayaking. He also loves cheering on his little brother who competes in Special Olympics.
